Helmet Crusher Folded Katana

The base model for this katana is the Ukigumo katana from Oni Forge. The Ukigumo is hand forged and folded from high quality carbon steel and clay tempered to produce a traditional hamon (temper pattern). The blade's polish is finished by hand leaving a "V" shaped edge.

This katana was designed with a wide Kotetsu-style blade for competition cutting. Limited run of 50 pieces.
Currently no longer in production.

The theme of the kabutowari katana follows the historical figure Kotetsu, a swordsmith very well known for his blade geometries. The blade features brown suede ito with a war fan themed tsuba.
